Deskripsyon

The right turn arrow from River Street onto Broad Street is malfunctioning. It will intermittently turn from green arrow to red light, skipping the proper green arrow to yellow arrow to red light sequence. I have this on video, as I was ticketed there Friday.

This morning, the turn arrow did the same thing- green to gone- NO YELLOW transition.
