On the back side of the west oakland library there is a homeless encampment. As shown in the photos, there is a large amount of personal belongings as well as garbage cans and shopping carts. They have been there for over a year and it has become a real problem. We would like everything removed except the portable potty which we will remove ourselves. thank you very much.
