Deskripsyon

I pass this residence multiple times a day. The renters occupying the house have the trash can on the sidewalk in front of house all week long. Property as a whole is unkept. The yard is full of clutter and tenants constantly leave food/drinks/strollers on sidewalks throughout the days/nights. There is currently a garden hose draped over the fence in their front yard and hanging down to the sidewalk (for multiple days now). Clearly these residents have no consideration for the neighbors on this block, as well as their neighborhood.
