Exit ramp from 35 E to Pennsylvania Av. going E. is too narrow for the amount of traffic that goes onto Phalen Blvd. The traffic turning E. or W. is single file & many times waits for 2 traffic changes

The ramp will be eliminated when MNDOT finishes the Cayuga bridge project in the next couple of years. A new exit will be built north of there and will be much safer.
