Deskripsyon

A flashing light is needed at the intersection of Old Barnwell and Shirway in Lexington. At night it is VERY dark and VERY dangerous. There are no street lights and drivers are running the stop signs at Shirway and Mac Circle that cross over Old Barnwell. Too many accidents. Please put up a light of some sort.

In my opinion, there needs to be a stoplight that operates with a trip switch on Mac Dr. and Shirway. Light should turn flashing red on Mac Rd. and Shirway Rd. (yellow on Old Barnwell) during hours normally having light travel. Same for the other end of Shirway at Two Notch Rd.,

There definitely needs to be some sort of light at Shirway and Old Barnwell. My son was in a very serious accident there when some one ran the stop sign at night. Totaled his truck and luckily he was wearing his seatbelt. The officers and paramendics said he probably wouldn't be here right now had he not. Something needs to be done.
