Deskripsyon
The wall between the 91 Freeway and a residential neighborhood is failing: The wall is bulging outward toward the freeway, cinder blocks have cement rot/water damage, and a tree branch is growing through the wall. The neighborhood (along Cresta Rd. in Corona) appears to be at a higher elevation than the freeway, meaning that if the wall experiences a complete failure, the neighborhood would slide/collapse to the freeway. The failing wall is along the North side of the SR-91 Westbound @ I-15 Interchange (Exit 51), specifically just east of the Promenade Avenue bridge.
