We have a neighbors tree that looks like it might be in the town right of way. The tree is leaning and every time there is a storm, it loses some substantially large limbs. It's on our neighbors property and they have no intentions of doing anything but they are ok with it being removed. Could we have Mike Cotta stop by and take a look at it... I'd be happy to point out the tree in question. It's large and leaning over the street and is loosing limbs on the street left and right. It's between 15 Georgian Lane and 9 Georgian Lane.
