Construction vehicle and portable toilet blocking sidewalk It appears there is permitted activity at 38 E Crescent Dr but the owner/contractor is placing equipment and a toilet on the sidewalk, which I do not believe is allowed- regardless it’s dangerous for pedestrians And the vehicle is parked on the "no parking" side of the street
