Noisy noisy daily unacceptable manhole or utility cover. Employees in the department of health have to be going insane with the amount of traffic that goes over that manhole cover and create such a racket., And St. Paul, you knew this was going on.

Today, June 5, 2016, this problem still exists. Routine noise over square utility box cover causing loud racket. What does the Public Works Sewer Maintenance Division say about it? It may not be a sewer cover and may in fact belong to a utility company. I think it is a rectangular cover.

Still not fixed. Still not fixed. Cars drive over a utility cover creating unacceptable levels of noise and clatter. It needs a rubber gasket. It needs attention. It is driven over hundreds of times a day.
