Renters at 12601 Jalepeno Avenue have excessive garage sales. I've reported several just this year and all of last year. Can someone please address this issue. I'm just wondering as to why they are permitted to have these monthly. Because if there was a fine or warning I can't see them ignoring the complaint. Also their Christmas lights are still up. Please, please there has to be something that can be done about these complaints. This is why codes are put in place.
