The light at commercial st and Mystic Valley Pkwy went through multiple cycles without allowing traffic flow from commercial st left onto Mystic Valley pkwy. There were over 20 cars and large trucks having to make unsafe u-turns after waiting 20-30min. This was between 5 and 6pm on Friday afternoon.
