The Department of Engineering has informed us that the issue has to do with United Illuminating's wires. They are working to fix this ASAP!

thank you! it's dark on that side of church street south - i believe there's 2 lights out on the columbus ave side as well - i'll try and look the next few nights and add them to the list.
