Two dogs at the corner of Berkshire and Winston Dr. (Beickhouse with gold van, red truck parked up front. Side area has several cars patked too. A van a SUV. Dangerously chasing people walking and in their yard. A tan/beige boxer and a tan German shepard. DANGEROUSLY CHASING PEOPLE INTO CARS trying to get away from them.
