Attached is a photo of the streetlight on the middle island of North 2nd and Jennings that took literally 4 months to be replaced.

Over the weekend, several kids were banging the bottom plate covering the wires with a big rock.

Since the neighborhood kids having nothing better to do, but continue to vandalize this streetlight for whatever stupid reason. My concern, if they are successful in breaking it in whatever way possible, it will not be repaired until spring.
