Deskripsyon

Exterior flood light on back of 319 Greene Street shines directly into windows/yards of neighboring properties all night. The light is located at roof level; I may be wrong, but think there is a city ordinance that exterior lights needs to be no higher than 20 feet and pointed down. This lighting is neither. Can it be lowered/shielded?

Angle is still annoying, but it does seem they installed a lower-wattage bulb. Not a perfect fix but better than nothing.
