However, this reported issue appears to be regarding utility lines, poles, boxes, or other equipment. They are the responsibility of the utility company that owns that equipment. Damaged or otherwise compromised utility equipment is their liability, and they should be notified directly.
The City of St Pete is not authorized to service downlines, Trees in the powerline, or any 3rd party utility equipment. We can only complete city services once Utility issues are resolved.
