Is it that difficult for someone to walk out of the parks and rec building on the way to lunch or on the way home and not notice that the grass across the street needs to be mowed? The city of neglect.

Our parks have been enjoying the plentiful rain to allow growth and beauty. ENJOY it! Let’s encourage positive comments and acknowledge the work that can be done by our parks department!

I’m all for being positive and hopeful that we can rely on leadership to take note of what’s required to maintain our beautiful city without relying on the public. We must have a full time staff or more monitoring SCF. That’s a problem:(
