The same problem has occurred on the 700 block of S Smedley. The street was paved a few months back and has already been destroyed. A new house was built at 711 S Smedley Street. There was a problem with the water main and the street was dug up. They filled the street in with uneven asphalt and left as is. Who is accountable for this damage, the Water Dept or the builder? How can we get it fixed? Why don't they level the asphalt when its poured?
