Here is a comment based on whatever it is you saying about the strip mall parking lot and the City parking lot across the street.

The short summary would be on-going garbage, violence, noise, drug dealing and prostitution that you seem impotent to curtail.

There has been some recent clean up efforts, but there are still piles of trash against the 116 E Pearl fence, thus continuing to damage it. Also, the chain link fence in the Grand Ave parking lot that is partially down, having been run into, has not been repaired. That particular city parking lot has cars in it every night after the 8 pm closing time, often resulting in party central. You should change your sign or actually close it after 8 pm. You initially put up ropes to prevent access after 8 pm, why not continue doing that?
