The Street Lights along Independence Blvd. (both sides) are out between Briar Creek Rd. and Pecan Ave.. NCDOT is responsible for the maintenance of this portion of Independence Blvd.

What is wrong with todays drivers,have they stopped putting headlights on todays cars,Try going out of town everyonce in a while and driving around the country side where the only lights you will see are other drivers headlights,and the stars and moon!
