Deskripsyon

Corner of 21 Mile Rd and Garfield has terrible timing on the light. In the hours of 3-7pm traffic backs up here along 21 going through Garfield towards Tiltch. It backs up as far as Fox Run and interferes with the school buses trying to exit and enter. The timing needs to be adjusted to allow more cars through during these times along 21.

This light is bad for anyone trying to turn east from southbound Garfield. It allows about 2 cars and then turns red. Needs timing changes.

This is a horrible situation. Traffic backs up on northbound Garfield for a half mile at the same times. What the heck is going on? Have to use the shortcuts going N on Tilch or thru the trailer park to get back home without waiting 15 minutes for creeping along Garfield!

Change time timing of the light so the people don't have to use residential streets to get around every rush hour. Children playing in the neighborhoods are at risk.

Agreed! My neighborhood sits right there at that corner (hence my traffic complaint!) and my children are always out and about. People speed through our neighborhood daily to avoid the light. Of course it is slightly amusing when they get lost trying to find their way out...but still...

Also at this intersection, the left turn light for westbound 21 Mile turning south on Garfield never turns to a blinking yellow arrow. It's a red arrow when traffic going straight west and east on 21 Mile has a green light. At least in the morning, eastbound traffic on 21 Mile is very light, and cars waiting to turn left onto southbound Garfield really back up. You often sit there through the red left turn arrow with no one coming the opposite direction.
