We called Baruch Singer's office today and they said that the problem has been fixed.
If you now have adequate heat and hot water, please close this report.

The Public Advocate's Office is planning to hold a press conference to help improve the heat and hot water program at HPD. They are looking for tenants, in buildings with on-going heat and hot water problems, who would like to participate in the press conference.
