I just spoke to my assistant who actually reports these issues and it was reported November 9, 2011. We will report the issue again.
It is the actual drain coming from the sidewalks that is the issue.

With the recent freezing weather, the water is now forming black ice in the intersection/crosswalk. This can't wait for the street car project!

I'm going to close this as the street car construction has shut the water off
