Hello,
I have lived in this area for over 20 years and the reason that the speed humps were installed was to stop the people from speeding thru the neighborhood to get from Ina to Orange Grove. We have older people that walk on the street and with the many turns they might not be seen before getting hit by a car traveling in excess of the speed limit. Why would you only let the people that live on these street make the decision when it affects the entire neighborhood. Since when does the few out weight the whole neighborhood. I thing that this is being done in a hurry and no public notice is being displayed to let the neighborhood make the decision. This decision may have legal ramifications if no public notice is being displayed.
