Is it possible to hand out a few warning tickets when cars/trucks are parked in the bike lanes? Signs clearly say no parking 7A-7P, Monday-Friday and cyclists have to veer out into traffic.

AND to be fair, maybe give out a few tickets to cyclists on the sidewalk. Sign ALSO clearly says "No Bicycles on Sidewalks". :)
