Deskripsyon

the owner of a 5 unit building neglects to bring in the trash and recycle bins. They are left out from Friday morning when trash is picked up to the following Friday. I have contacted LCI numerous times with no result.

it's not the landlord's responsibility to bring in the trash cans and recycle bins... it's that of each individual tenant in the dwelling

Owners of buildings are responsible for what happens inside and outside. All owners have an obligation to maintain the appearance of their property. The owner ultimately needs to appoint and if necessary pay someone to tend to things visible, such as lawns- and trash cans.

and the tenants bear no responsibility??? The owners are not responsible for trash cans... which are assigned to individual units (they have 5 cans....) thus each individual unit is held responsible.
