Every weekend rowdy crowds gather at Elran's Place resulting in sleepless nights among other nuisances: shootings, arguments, loud music, public drinking, weed selling, vomitting, urinating on cars, sitting on steps, dancing on cars, blocking traffic, etc.

How long will it take until some innocent resident of this block gets hurt

I wouldn't be surprised if this were to happen in the near future. Especially, if a resident had to confront a bar patron about sitting on their steps, or leaning on their vehicle, etc. You could be watching tv in your living room and a bullet flies through the window.
