Those tenants moved out & now there are new ones in there. From what I can see, they are not much better than the last ones. The street has had several break-ins & there has been noticable drug activity. The neighbors have tried to talk to the landlord about the problems, but he is ignoring the calls. This landlord should be forced to live on the street for a week with his tenant!

Contact East Falls Town Watch (848.2033) and be specific as to addresses. They record such things on their tours and then turn them over to L&I to deal with. Some of ther Town Watch members will go and knock on the door to talk politely to the offenders. If they get no where, they tell them that they are about to report them and they will receive a citation and fine.
Also call 311 and give specific addresses. They will take your name and address for the record---but it will not be passed on to the inspector or the problem neighbor. L&I gets results. 311 works! They will give you a tracking number and you can follow it by phone or internet. (I have 4 such complaints that I'm tracking at the moment; 311 has up to 30 days to get an answer to you.)

It's still happening on Cresson St, right on the bridge before the train station on the sidewalk.

Dog crap on the sidewalk and the devil strips is a problem throughout the neighborhood, people are disgusting. I meant is it still happening on Fisk?
