Deskripsyon

There is absolutely no way to turn left onto South 252 from Rose Tree Park! Traffic comes from both directions on 252. When flow from one direction subsides, there is traffic coming from the opposite direction.

How is traffic supposed to turn left out of the park onto 252 without there being a traffic light?

Use the exit near the community gardens onto Rose Tree Road during rush hour.
That seems to be the only way.

Turn right and turn around at Palmers Mill Rd or go to the Rosetree Rd exit and use the traffic light there.

It's the US-1 south ramp going up to 252 & trying to make a left hand turn on to 252.
