Dead kitten in the middle of the road, and red pick up truck full of garbage has been sitting there since the day Richard Miller dropped it off a week ago. Cat issues and truck was reported earlier this week but nothing has been done.

Animal control has been called numerous times but nothing has been done, even sent photos of the cats ears full of fleas but nothing has been done. Was told there wasn’t much they can do, the only option is to ask the home owner if they are willing to donate the cats, but unfortunately the home owner past away 3 years ago. Cats are just reproducing left and right and this is not the first time a cat is in the middle of the road laying dead.
