Deskripsyon

A tree in the easement land behind our house fell onto our fence. However, there is also a very tall, unhealthy, wisteria-choked pine tree with several dead limbs and bare patches in its bark not far from this downed tree that would hit our house if it falls. Would it be possible to have someone come out to address both tree issues?

There does seem to be a buffer of land owned by the Lake Johnson Harbor HOA that extends ~70' between your property and the parcel owned by the City. Does either tree originate from that parcel?

I will need to check the point of origination for the tree that feel on the fence. However, the other trees of concern likely fall within that 70' buffer if measured from the back fence on our property.
