Thanks for providing us with this information. I've sent it to National Grid, the responsible party in repairing street lights. They'll generate a work order and repair the light, and the process on their end usually takes between 10 and 14 days. Here's a link to National Grid's website for reporting broken street lights, should you ever like to submit one to them directly:
