The exact house number can not be given because there is no house number(s) on this duplex. The trees and lawn are overgrown, it is hard to walk down the sidewalk because everything is overgrown. The front of the duplex is extremely unkept and it has been like this for years. It is truly an eyesore.

This still has overgrown brush, bushes, trees and trash. The sidewalk is covered with brush and is difficult to walk by.The duplex looks as though no has lived there for some time. Windows are broken and sheets are hanging in the windows. We have been looking at this for years and we would like the owner to take responsibility of the appearance of this property in our neighborhood.

If I am South 20th and take a left on Boscobel Street and come to the intersection of Boscobel and South 19th, would this property be on the right corner or left corner....or do I pass ofver South 19th and if so - right or left corner?

This duplex had a gas leak a week ago, and last Saturday two men broke into it whie the owner ws in the house. He beat one guy and shot the other in the head.
It seems if the duplex looked presentable, maybe it would not have been broke into.
This place still needs to be cleaned up.
