Used to be just once in awhile on weekends now it's almost every night for hours, lots of people loitering with their tricked out cars, just chilling out like it's a public park with chairs and tables, revving engines, blasting music. Can hear them streets away. Is it an outdoor night club and loud engine comparison club now or a grocery store parking lot?
