The city cares more about ticketing at the park then the tickets make it make sense

So again, here we have all the commercial vehicles lined up just past the fire house in a residential neighborhood on Madison Avenue. These COMMERCIAL vehicles are in the same space EVERY NIGHT and we have been complaining about this for OVER A YEAR! How ridiculous that the police and the mayor cannot solve this. All the police have to do is put a ticket on each vehicle every night and they would be gone. But we are north end taxpayers, not on the mayors pay to play, get real services list. I lived in Fairfield and Trumbull for many years, and this problem would’ve been solved within a week. This has been going on for over a year and it’s getting worse in the same two block area. Multiple people have complained, both to the mayors office and the police department.There are a lot of condo units in this two block area. Bridgeport taxpayers – the mayors running for reelection and in a YEAR he has not managed to solve this problem nor has his police department. Contact all your friends in whatever area Bridgeport they live, submit this and tell them this is one of the reasons we don’t want mayor Ganium reelected. I guarantee you a year from now he will still be letting these commercial trucks park in a residential neighborhood. I moved to the north end because I didn’t wanna live in a commercial parking lot, and the mayor is forcing us to. Guarantee you if this happened around his house, it will be solved with within 24 hours. Get rid of the garbage and let’s get somebody in who will actually help hard-working taxpayers with real life issues.

Well these guys who own these trucks are laughing at all this. Time to shame the Condo Assoc.members if they are tenants there.

The City Council members for your district are supposed to be helping you with this or any other neighborhood concern. That is why we elect them. They are your liaison to City Hall.
You should not be getting a headache over this
