There's bulk trash being put out in front of this building for the last few weeks, and it just sits out there for days (or longer) at a time. Right now there's box spring and other household stuff. It's an eyesore, makes the block look trashy, and it seems to be an ongoing problem with this apartment/condo building.

Its a multi family home and they put this type of stuff our there all the time. It also doesnt help to have a broken down car parked next to the house...

Thanks! I'd also add that trash barrels for some of the units just sit at the curb 24/7 and never seem to be taken in after trash is collected each Thursday.

Update: LCI has come by and issued 3 citations ($100 each) for #30 Nash. They're pasted on the door. However, the trash has still not been removed from the front of the house. It appears this unit is vacant and was a foreclosure. I think it's REO now.
