Construction debris is being dumped along the Midway Rd and Airport Fwy.

HC Code pulls up next to a guy unloading garbage out of his pick up into a ditch. Code Officer asks "Dont ya see that sign right over your head?" The Driver replies "Yep! Thats why Im dumping it here cause it says 'Fine for dumping garbage'." Code get out and puts up a 10 day abatement card and drives off, 56 days ago.
