7 atvs, 1 dirt bike traveling up and down farmington Ave like they own the road. No care for rules of the road and other cars. Stewart better do something about them before a car hits and kills one of them. Sad part 2 police cars went right by them and did nothing. What a joke our Police are!

I was told that they can’t do anything because if a chase causes injury the Police will be blamed. If people know where the owners live they can confiscate the vehicles
