There are a number of cars parked on the sidewalk, even though the city just installed steel bollards to try to prevent it. Three of the cars in question have NY license plates: ETM8830, AXZ2955, and EUL9024

The Dept of Transportation did come along and put some giant rocks on the plaza to prevent cars from getting up there. That has definitely helped. But there is still one stauch hold-out who now drives up the crosswalk and parks there. Its a import SUV with NY plate AXZ2955. Making progress!
