Just wondering if this would be considered common practice around the City? Being a tax payer as well as all the drainage issues my company had this last spring on top of the thousands of dollars I was forced to spend to get compliance with this wonderful city of ours one would hope that dumping of whatever fluids he has in his tanker would be a voilation of some sort. I think Aquaterra needs to keep a better eye on its water stations and frequent customers.
