While on Stanley Street NB yesterday I witnessed a 4 wheeler pass a car on the left while that car driver was attempting to take a left. That was a very close call AND a 4 wheeler purchasing gas at the gas station right next to the CCSU campus. Then that 4 wheeler and a car flew thru the red light going on their way towards downtown. I fear this will only end when somebody is injured or worse killed!
