4th week in a row now IESI has no emptied trash can. I paied $75 for a large trash can because they were not picking up bags next to the trash can. Now they are pulling only the top bag from the can and leaving the rest of the trash. When standing outside waiting they did it INFRONT OF ME. As i was trying to tell them "hey" they drove off ignoring me.

Ive spoken to many folks complaining about the service. When I have spoken to IESI they always seem shocked as if its the first time they ever received a complaint. Dont let them fool you. We are fortunate to have pick up more than once a week but never had an issue with them picking up trash out of bags or containers. Youll find you made the right decision reporting it here although you may need to call the city a couple of times to get it resolved

I called IESI (817-222-2221) on the resident's behalf. I was told by them, that this issue will be looked into. If this issue is not resolved, please call IESI at the above number and they will work with the resident to get this problem taken care of.
