People are exchanging very small items for folded money in front of the store and surrounding buildings during both day and night hours. There are children playing around them whilst they do this on almost a daily basis.

This is a constant thing and needs to be taken care of right away. People are always crowding in front of stores and Laundrymat. The burgh use to be a nice place to live now its looking like 6th ave with all these drug dealers and people who don't have jobs and sit around all day making a mess out of our streets and the houses looking like Hoagan Alley

The kid running the store on the corner of 118th st
& 2nd ave is also selling drugs out of the store I see it every day. Also stays open after midnight. Isn't it a law in Troy that they have to close @ midnight

Needs to be fixed but is getting worse. It has gotten so bad that i avoid that area of the street for my safety. I hate seeing it on a daily basis!

Cameras People. I live down the block from there and i have cameras positioned in the alley in front and the sides. I catch all type of stuff going on, some serious like the bank robber who robbed HSBC to knuckle heads @#$% in the alley. I have no fear in reporting these crimes or confronting people about the small ones. My property is avoided by people who know my camera is there. I have witnessed people cross the street thinking they can avoid being in the cameras view but they are being recorded i am constantly improving my system. My street is quiet compared to 3 years ago when i first moved in. You can get a nice 8 camera set with a 500gb DVR recorder for under 400 bucks ON AMAZON. Invest in making your neighborhood safe again.
