    At the end of the block just before you enter the gate there is a lot of poison ivy/oak reaching out as you go down the steps.

    Pepco has come out twice to replace the bulb. It seems the problem is lager than that as it still is either dim or off. The street is very dark and there are many kids. Please get involved.
