Second time reporting this issue. According to local ordinances it is unlawful for cats to leave the owners property. It is also unlawful for said cats to soil my property which they do daily. I have videos of both cats on my property. I have reported this to the police and it does continue to happen. Please help

I have repeatedly reported this issue at this location they have chickens that are not in a cage they roam the community. They now have their young roaming the area. The biggest issue is that there is a black and green rooster that roams the community it each morning and each evening walks itself down to our property for houses away. A neighbor last night asked me about the issue they have with the same animals and I told them to contact you. There needs to be something done with this I thank you for your time and I appreciate a response to me.

Dog is tied up out back for hours and (distress) barks non-stop the entire time. This begins as early as 6am and goes until 10pm or later. There are days where the dog is outside the majority of the day and barks the whole time. This happens on weekdays as well as weekends, and this has been going on for months which is my disrupting sleep for school.

Occupant of residence at: 2423 Highland Ave. Harrisburg Pennsylvania Animal not leashed while walking public street and owner allowing animal to enter and roam about private property. Also owner carries no bags to pick up waste. This issue has begun to happen again.

There are 3 dogs and 5 new puppies horses in this makeshift cage. The brown on the side is a wooden door made by the residents to open and close the food into what should be a garage. There is no air ventilation in there and the weather has been well into the 90s.

A white dog, looks like a shepherd, is tied up in the backyard all day, every day, even in these 90+ degree days and in the pouring rain. I'm worried about its safety in this heat, can't tell if it has fresh food or water.

Barking dogs since 6:00am Non Stop

2 Dogs will not stop barking they are left outside no matter the weather it could be freezing out they are still outside.....2am---3am---4am non stop barking they are both large dogs ive tried to ignore it for a year but its insane ....even if im to ignore the noise theres no reason to leave a dog outside all night when its only 20 outside and they short haired coated dogs....
